Welcome to the new blog!  The old blog is out of commission.  Every once and awhile I will repost an entry that is noteworthy from the old blog.

Here is an entry from back in April 2009:

God has blessed me so much, but I find myself thinking I deserve it.  I fall into the deceptive thought that it’s because of what I’ve  done.  It’s not what I’ve done, it’s what God has done for me.  I could have been born in a third-world country and struggled each and every day just to stay alive.  But rather, I am here and what I have only is only by God’s amazing grace.

I continue to challenge myself to share the blessings of our great God.  What have I done recently for those around me?  What have I done for those who are less fortunate.  This could be sponsoring a child in need or as simple as picking up a friend’s meal.

What have you done for somebody this week?  What will you do next week?
