Do you ever feel like nothing goes your way?   Just one thing after another goes wrong?  You don’t know where you will live next year, how you are going to pay your next bill, or if you will even land a job.  Maybe you don’t have the clothes you think you need or the hottest new gadget on the market.  No matter how serious or trivial it may be, remember what you do have; the greatest gift of all-LIFE!  We are not guaranteed tomorrow or even the next minute, so what a blessing it is to be alive.  I am sadden by all the tragic deaths of those we hold dear to our hearts, some not even pass their twenties.  I sit back, think on that, and suddenly my day-to-day worries and complaints are utterly ridiculous.  To think the Lord would grace me with one more day of life on this earth is enough to make me seize every moment.  But we (especially myself) seem to forget this so easily.  I encourage you to wake up every day and give God thanks for another day of life.  You’ll find your troubles and worries are so little in light of God’s blessings.
