  1. Thankful Thursdays

    Any success book or motivational speaker will tell you that it’s important to have the right mindset. There are multiple ways and practices to sustain a positive and healthy mindset (which I might write on later), but one thing I’ve decided to do, which at first might seem small, is Thankful Thursdays. On Thursdays (I might not hit every Thursday) I will be tweeting about something or someone I am thankful for. It could be directly impacting my life or maybe the life of others, nonetheless, lifting up thanksgiving. Turkey Day shouldn’t be the only day for such a thing. Training my thought pattern by consistently dwelling on the blessings and good in my life will help build a strong mindset. Try it with me and see how it works for you.
